Synergy under its A B C agenda intends to especially focus this year on strengthening the existing fellowships and assisting towards the revival of non- functional fellowships and the start of new fellowships in other corporates.
Towards this Synergy invites you and like minded people who currently lead or would like to start/ lead a fellowship to attend the March 3rd programme.
For this, Synergy For Christ is planning to hold a one day intensive programme on Saturday, March 3rd 2012 from 9AM- 5.30PM.
Following are some points we would look at to try and cover during our one day training session-
1) Kindling the passion to share the gospel and Jesus Christ.
2) Missionaries in Corporate (Market place evangelization)
3) Hindering challenges at workspace (Work pressure/ tight schedules / personal conflicts etc..)
4) Qualities of a fellowship leader. (Prayer, Spending time with word, being a role model, creating new leaders, delegating responsibilities etc..)
5) When leaders leave an organisation/ fellowship some people stop attending the fellowship.
You would be welcome to bring your queries, doubts and more to the seminar.

Dr. Sini Joys Mathew- General Secretary of ICPF who has lead a lot of campus fellowships and students to seek the Light
Dr. Madana Kumar- Leadership Evangelist, Menorah Leadership Ministries & working as VP (Learning & Development) in IBM
Br. Michael Jebaraj- former Director of South East Asian Operations Campus Crusade, currently Founder & President of Faith Ventures. Also Spiritual Mentor of Synergy
