More Often we see GOD as a supreme being; Far related with us humans. But He came so close to us through Jesus Christ. He took a human form in every way. Just one amongst us. Heb 2:17 says, “For this reason he had to be made like his brothers and sisters in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.”

Note that word ‘every way’. He was like us in every way;- thirst, feelings, emotions, pain, love, care, work etc.

Today I am 25 years old. Do you know something? I have got a GOD who also crossed 25 years of age in human form. HE knows how I feel deep inside. HE can understand my thoughts. He has gone through what i am undergoing now. HE is a GOD who understands the very way you feel. Thats why He is able to help me in any circumstances that I undergo (as long as you are willing to receive from Him).

HE calls us HIS friend, a so close friend indeed. Luke 12:4 “I tell you, my friends….” Hence we can share our whole thoughts/feelings/problems with HIM.

Jesus addressed the father GOD as My GOD! In John 20:17 is better fit here “‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’GOD is so close to us, so near us as our personal GOD. He is my Father. HE is my GOD. Is He your GOD too ?
